T-Tex Solutions LLC was founded by myself, Dimitrios Frantzis. I discovered my love for computers and everything tech related back in 2008 where I put together my very first computer, with a custom water cooled solution. After that day, I was hooked. Providing tech solutions is my passion. Making sure that I take pride in my work is an essential part of the deal.
Our Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with the service you receive, please tell us why so we can make things right. We offer a 100% money bag guarantee if the service you paid for cannot be completed or fails due to the work performed by T-Tex.
Refund Policy
If a service that we provided has failed within the first 30 days, T-Tex can peform the same service again for no charge. If the issue persists, or if the client choses so, a refund can be issued instead. This does not include failures caused from a different source, or a defective part. T-Tex is not responsible for failures on parts necessary that are provided for the completion of the work.
